Thousands of neurodivergent children in India are forced to make an impossible choice every day: attend a mainstream school without the support they need, or leave their friends and community to attend a special school far from home.Most mainstream schools want to be inclusive. But they don’t have the therapists, the trained educators, or the clinical infrastructure to make it work.

WHAT IS SHRITIK RISE?

A School-Within-a-School. Built for Every Child

Shritik RISE is Shritik Foundation’s flagship inclusive education programme. We partner with mainstream schools to set up a fully managed Inclusive Education Wing on their campus: staffed, equipped, and operated entirely by Shritik Foundation.Your child stays in their school. With their friends. In their community. We bring the support to them.

The Inclusion Track

Your child attends regular classes alongside their peers, supported by a trained Shadow Educator who assists them discreetly, without disrupting the class or drawing attention.

The Bloom Centre

A dedicated Special Wing within the school campus, fully managed by Shritik Foundation. Equipped with Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, ABA, and Remedial Education: all under one roof, right inside the school.

The Springboard

For children needing intensive support before mainstream schooling, our Springboard programme offers focused clinical care with a structured plan to help them transition back to their partner school when ready.

Early Intervention

The earlier we begin, the greater the impact. Our early intervention programme supports children from pre-school age with developmental delays, sensory challenges, and speech & language needs.

Primary School

We support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and other learning differences, helping them thrive academically and socially alongside their peers.

Secondary School

Our secondary programme focuses on academic remediation, social skills, and transition planning; preparing young adults for higher education and independent living.

THE SHRITIK RISE JOURNEY

From First Contact to Full Inclusion: Here's How We Work Together

Step 1: Initial Meeting

We meet with your school's leadership to understand your campus, your students, and your vision for inclusion.

Step 2: Letter of Intent

A simple, non-binding LOI is signed, giving our team permission to survey your campus and assess student needs.

Step 3: Site Survey & Planning

Our team visits your campus, assesses the space, and designs a customized Shritik RISE setup for your school.

Step 4: MoU & Setup

A formal Memorandum of Understanding is signed. Infrastructure setup begins. Staff are recruited and trained.

Step 5: Launch

Shritik RISE goes live. Enrolment opens. Your school becomes an inclusive institution.

Step 6: Ongoing Partnership

Regular reviews, parent meetings, and programme updates ensure continuous improvement and child progress.

A: Yes! Reach out to us and we will work with your school to explore a partnership, or help you find the nearest RISE partner school.

No. Any child who is struggling academically, socially, or behaviourally can benefit from our support. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin an assessment.

The Shritik RISE Specialised Service Fee is charged in addition to the school's regular tuition. It covers the cost of therapy, shadow education, and IEP management provided by Shritik Foundation.

We support children from pre-school through secondary school (up to age 16).

Our clinical team conducts a thorough assessment and recommends the most appropriate tier. The tier can also change over time as your child progresses.
